A conducted eight-week study included overweight women and men. They were given a breakfast of bagels and two eggs. The group that had eaten eggs every day, had greater success in the loss of weight. They had greater weight loss by more than 65%, 34% reduction of waist and 16% of body fat.
The biggest secret lies in the fact that eggs satisfy the hunger more quickly.
